In the Spring and Winter of 2017 Jose and his crew at JRMK construction completed a 1000 foot addition to our home. It was a complex project that required both constructing new space, as well as remodeling our existing kitchen in a manner that would give us a feeling of continuity throughout our home. 

Jose was truly a pleasure to work with. He is a craftsman and highly skilled as a carpenter, plumber, and general contractor. He artistically finished every detail of our home ensuring we were happy, which we very much were. Every time a new visitor comes to our home they are awed by Jose’s eye for detail. We have already recommended Jose and JMRK to a number of friends without hesitation. 

We were introduced to Jose by our architect who had done a few previous projects with him. We were told, if Jose has time book him, you won’t find anyone else who’s able to do better work or give a better price. After getting a few other bids we agreed. 

The project took a bit longer than any of us estimated, but Jose was transparent, kind, and very accommodating throughout the project even with the slightly extended time frame. He kept an extremely clean and organized worksite and was super conscientious to us as we lived in our home for the majority of the project. He proved himself to be a man of integrity and is a pleasure to interact with. His wife Raquel handles much of the billing, permitting, and paperwork and was very organized, communicative and kind. 

In summary I’ve rarely been able to recommend anyone for any job as highly as I can Jose and I’m not usually one for writing online reviews. Jose built us our dream home and we feel extremely grateful to have worked with him.
